What are the payment options?

We currently do not offer payment plans and all orders need to be paid upon ordering.

We take payments from all major credit and debit cards and Paypal.

What is your return policy?

Please note that a lot of care is taken to hand make each and every item.

We do not accept returns, however if you are unhappy with your item please contact me and we will discuss options.

How do I personalise an order?

If you wish to add personalisation to your order such as text or a logo, please ensure your logo is sent to us via email with your order number as the subject. Please ensure the image you send is JPG or PNG and it is high quality ready for print as your image will not be altered in any way.
